Is this intended for gaming? Few of today's games benefit from having more than 8GB of RAM, so 16GB will likely be plenty for some years to come. Unless you're performing specific tasks that benefit from having large amounts of RAM, such as certain kinds of high resolution video editing, then you're not likely to see any benefit from having more than 16GB, let alone 64GB. RAM is also priced rather high right now, so it's not a great time to be buying more than you need.
