Can I install ram with the motherboard in the case?

I have 8 more gigs of ram ready to install, can I put it into the pc with the motherboard still inside the pc? Or will the force of pressing down crack the motherboard?

I have never broken a board yet. As long as you have ALL the screws and stand offs under the board it should be fine.

Ok, I am 99% sure I have all the standoffs, but I will be careful.

make sure the pc is off and unplugged most new pc hold voltages on the mb so that they can start faster with windows 10. make sure the power good led is out so that there no risk to shorting out your mb.
