In the coming days, I will be reinstalling the operating system. My BIOS is from 2022 (F63B - B450m DS3H), and it has been working stably with no issues in conjunction with the 5600x, so I don't want to update it. Can I download the latest drivers for other components of the motherboard (chipset/lan/audio) from this year, or does it conflict somehow, considering the old BIOS and the latest chipset drivers?

This depends entirely on the motherboard and its instructions.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no.

I have not personally run into said issue concerning (most) drivers, but certainly that chipset would be dependent directly on the motherboard and current CPU support.

In a very (very) general sense the BIOS is updated for security and feature changes, to CPU support, and typically for extended/better RAM support. Other changes I have noted directly by BIOS were things like storage support or fixes, and for changing default settings for TPM and Secure Boot and other such things after W11 came out. Such as when you reset CMOS you aren't turning those features off with the newer BIOS.

So, do you recommend updating the BIOS to the latest version? The main thing is that the current BIOS version is the most stable compared to the two previous ones, and I had several significant issues before. That's why there is reluctance to update the BIOS because you never know what will happen.

Generally speaking, unless there is an issue it is not always advisable to update the BIOS. Sometimes you have to do it, such as for a CPU update or (lately) for the bug fixes/vulnerability on AMD (or Intel).
