Question Can I install this ram in my laptop

My laptop is a 14-cf0042tx from HP the manual says that is supports DDR4-2666 bridge to DDR4-2400 dual channel . The laptop currently has 4gb of ram at the speed of 2666mhz does this mean that I can add another 2400mhz of ram into this laptop . On page 2 under Product Description section, for both one-slot and two-slot configurations it says "Memory is non-customer accessible/non-upgradeable"
