Hey guys! I just wanna know if I could install Win 10 for free on my pc with the Windows 10 ISO on my flash drive.

For Windows 10 to be "free", you need to have already installed Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 with legal licenses, and then upgrade to Windows 10. After that you can reinstall it on that computer.
