Can you yes. Will you want to NO as the experience will be painfully slow. I have a Samsung laptop with an i5-4200U with 4GB RAM & 256SSD on Win 10 64bit and it is painful most days.

Will it be slow? Also yes.

But it won't be any slower than Win 7 or 8/8.1.
It is simply a small slow system.

I have a couple of Asus Transformer 2 in 1 laptops..one even crappier than your system.
