Question Can I install windows 7 on a modern laptop?

I have a hp 14bw0xx laptop and its so sluggish in windows 10,even after using the debloater tool from the low spec gamer video.So is it possible to run windows 7 on this laptop?it has a amd a6 9220 APU and I've seen some videos on yt of people doing it on similar laptops but not the exact model I have

It depends whether or not the laptop manufacturer has Windows 7 drivers for the model in question on it's support website.
There are no Windows 7 drivers for HP 14-bw000 series laptops - - only Windows 10 is supported.

One of the best things you can do to improve it's performance is add more RAM - - - 8GB is considered to be the absolute minimum nowadays.

The best thing he can do is is also use an SSD - that's the biggest improvement, then RAM

Additionally, Win 7 won't be any 'faster' than Win 10.

Instead of just the 'debloater', try a full wipe and reinstall of Win 10. Not "reset"...a full wipe and reinstall of a bare OS on an empty drive.
