now I read the question, I see I only answered half of it.
I showed how to install but I didn't see you wanted to be able to swap installs around after. I thought you just wanted to swap the drive you had as windows.
if the PC is set to legacy boot method then swapping which ever drive is first shouldn't be a problem.
If pc is set to UEFI boot method it might get a little more complicated. You may need to remove drive each time to boot from the right one... i think. or use a 3rd party boot loader.
