Can I install Windows onto my SSD?

I have a 128GB SSD in my machine that I want to use and m OS is currently on the HDD but I want to put it on the SSD as well but can I? It is retail and I have only used it once. If I can I will be installing it then if all goes well I'll be removing the one from the HDD.

Yes you'll have to have a boot cd or usb to download the operating system into the SSD, and activate it.

You'll notice a faster boot time. A good upgrade indeed

On my SSD there is now a folder called Windows.old and on my HDD is the other Windows with everything that should be there, there.
