9400F is a 65 watt processor the 9700K is 95 watt. (without the turboost enabled)

I can't find a CPU support list given only the data you have given.
You might be able to get more data out of them by entering specific system info; however, if they never offered that board with the 9700K, I'd be surprised if an OEM ever offered BIOS updates to support later 9th gen overclockable CPUs, frankly...
I already got i5 9400F on this motherboard, dont you thing i7 9700k would work then?A motherboard like that isn't going to support a 9th gen cpu out of the box.
It would require a bios update while using an 8th gen cpu before you can run a 9700K.
The big question is, whether Acer has a 9th gen release bios that supports that board, which may or may not be on the product support page alongside the other driver updates...
Oh! Found something relatable: https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/565513/n50-600-motherboard-support-intels-9th-gen
Negative. Looks like Acer wouldn't allow it, and you're stuck with 8th gen cpus with that board.
Now cpu cooling + motherboard VRM becomes a problem.Given the weak/very basic VRM setup on that board a 9700k would be a bad idea.
Okey, sorry for that. How will it preform if i get a decent cooler? Will the VRM become a very big problem?See, you didn't directly mention that - should've been in your first post...
If it can already run a 9400F, I see no reason why it wouldn't recognize a 9700K. BUT~
Now cpu cooling + motherboard VRM becomes a problem.
Overheating/overloaded VRMs will throttle the cpu and lead the motherboard to an early grave.Okey, sorry for that. How will it preform if i get a decent cooler? Will the VRM become a very big problem?
How do i see that a motherboard has enough VRM to support my cpu?Overheating/overloaded VRMs will throttle the cpu and lead the motherboard to an early grave.

I'm not even talking about the bios version just the watts difference.I agree with zerk has to say and to prove that, be sure you read the link carefully I am listing here.

Although a few people says the the original i7 9700, the i7 9700k version may not.
If the tier 2 or tier 3 technicians says it will work with whatever bios revision, then you can proceed and not worry about it.
