Can I just jump to the lastest windows update?

Hello,
I wonder if I can just download the lastest update which is KB 4458469 to be uptodate because I didn't install any update since long time so my windows version is 1709 16299.15 so if I can only install last one to jump to 1803 directly, it would be great

I am not 100% sure but I would think not. I believe you would need to upgrade using the Upgrade assistant you can get on the 1st link here and then update it to that KB. Cumulative updates just include all the updates that fix problems with 1803 but I think you still need the base version to use them.

Depending on your internet connection speed, and how long it would take to dl 4gb, you may want to just wait a few weeks until 1809 is released and just update directly to it

I think best option for me because of my unstable slow internet is to wait 1809 and download it full iso and use it to upgrade my current windows because windows auto update won't be good with my internet.
