can i just use the i5 4670 intregrated graphics to play games

You can take the 770's, if you are not in need of two, I'd even buy one!
However, the integrated graphics isn't that good. I'd still wait, tho. Taking them from your friend is much cheaper than buying them new now.

the integrated graphics can't game very well, id say low settings at 720p. its be best to pick up an entry level gaming card for cheap to hold you over until next year. a 750ti, r7 260x or r7 265 are some good choices

if my 2nd gen i7 apu can run all the games listed i think i get a i5 4670 and wait for the 800 series to come out
but i dont know if an i5 will run like a i7

My Core i7 - 4770 (which uses the same HD 4600 graphics as your i5 does) can play many games as long as I am willing to turn lower the resolution and video options. What type of memory do you have? Higher clocked memory and lower latencies will definitely help with the on board video.

For $100 each for 770s, I would just deal with the lower graphics until you can nab them if and when the 800 (Maxwell) series finally make their appearance.
