Can I just wipe it?

So basically, I have an old PC with and OS on the SSD and I have a new PC- how can I wipe the SSD on my old computer to put into the new computer so I can re use it?
I will be re installing Windows just for the record!

You can do that directly within the new OS install in the new system.
When it asks 'where', select Custom.
Delete ALL existing partitions, and let windows install to that resulting space.
