Can I keep using my GPU despite bad bearings on fans?

One of my GPU fans makes grinding noises so I sent it to be fixed. They said they cleaned it but the fan fell out of the bearing and that it will continue making grinding noises. I can disregard the noises, but will the fan eventually fail or can I keep using the GPU? I don't know anything about replacing fans.

Fan will eventually fail, Failing/failed fan will not cool as well as normally operating one.
Less cooling on GPU means it will run hotter, which will sooner or later cause thermal throttling on GPU, which will show up as dropped/hiccups in FPS.

if you keep an eye on your temperatures there isn't really a problem, your GPU might not perform as well due to poor cooling though.

I don't know anything about replacing fans.

You can probably get a replacement fan on ebay.

Or you could put aftermarket cooling solution on your graphics card. Something like this:
