Hello guys, it's me again, the computer dumb!

I am going to build a new PC, so I have to need a new windows 8.1.

But what about my old PC? I am going to keep my old windows 8.1, and I will keep my old motherboard, and my old HDD. If I keep these two things (mobo & HDD) and install these two things into a new PC with other memory cards, case, CPU, GPU, PSU, will my old windows 8.1 system still exist and work?

If there is any confusion or you guys don't know what I am saying, just ask!

Thank you in advance :D

No problem,

And yes, you can replace the CPU and RAM without having an effect on the OS installation. Just be sure to check for updated drivers after installing all your new hardware. ;)

Thank you for your reply!
So even I replace CPU and memory cards? Those won't bother the OS?
:D
