[SOLVED] Can I leave CPU on Turbo Boost for longer periods?

I've bought a a used PC with an Intel i7 8700 with the nominal clock speed of 3200MHz. I didn't tweak the BIOS, it was set so that it's in turbo mode even when everything is idle. It's on about 4200-4400MHz (max turbo is 4600MHz for this model).

The CPU temperature is quite cool at around 30-35 °C ( = 86 - 95 F ), so I never had thermal problems.

Does it hurt the CPU if it runs at this high speed constantly? Should I lower the settings? Naturally, I'd prefer the higher performance if there are no major drawbacks.

Thank you for reading this, any help is appreciated!

No. It's the high temps that hurt CPU. As long as your cooling can keep CPU cool enough there is no real drawback to running high clocks all time (maybe except higher electricity bill).
