Is it possible or at least, largely reduce use of mouse? I have arm strain because it shifts between mouse and keyboard. However, the hardest part is when I want to choose and click on whatever I see, without mouse, I can only use "TAB" but it will take a long way to get to the point I want, it's really troublesome. Is there any tips or assisted software to reduce use of mouse?

Solution
Windows has a feature called Mouse Keys which use the numpad (if you have it) to move the mouse cursor. However, I don't think this solves the problem of needing to move back and forth.

I think what would be better is something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Lenovo-ThinkPad-Compact-Keyboard-TrackPoint/dp/B00F3U4TQS . It's basically the keyboard from Lenovo ThinkPads, which includes the TrackPoint. This way you can keep both hands on the home row and not have to move your hands much (if at all) to move the mouse around.

yes I have numpad but why Ms designs Mouse Key? What is its purpose or advantage of it? I had a Lenovo laptop with keyboard like that of your link but I'm not able to get used to it

Considering it's part of the accessability feature, my guess is it's for people who are prone to RSI due to using a mouse.

If you can't get used to using a TrackPoint, you could get a trackpad. But at the end of the day, Windows is primarily mouse driven with shortcuts to help, but it's not convenient to use without a mouse or mouse-like device.

Many many years ago, probably decades ago, I had a trackball, in which the ball was at the upper left corner while two keys are at the right. It was the best ever mouse device that I don't know where I can buy it again now. A few years ago I got a mouse-like trackball but it wasn't even as good as that one bought in late 90s
