Most likely but I wouldn't. Windows isn't that good for older Northwood based system. Put your preferred flavor of Linux onboard and you should be more than happy! Example - my 1.3GHz Pentium 4 rig has Linux and runs very very well, and my 3.0GHz Pentium 4 runs better than any Windows machine in my house.
