Can i make 1 of my ssd`s go idle ?

Hello . I am booting from 1 samsung 840 evo drive and have an aditional drive made from 2x120 ssd samsung in raid0 (the one i use for storing games because i have a 900 mb/s read) ... My question is , to avoid tearing and wearing made by the raid0 can i make the two ssd`s in raid0 go idle when i don`t acces the, ? or going idle is an option only for the HDD`s ?

if your not using them, they will be idle. They are not like HDD's where they need to stop spinning or anything.
they deteriorate mostly based on writing to them.
