[SOLVED] Can I make makeshift usb soundcard for my ps4?

Hello, I have a ps4 and I have s k/m hooked up to it its s xim product, unfortunately it does not allow the passthrough of audio through the device, you need a usb external soundcard to plug in , my old got elworn out and stopped working , in took it apart and it looked pretty simple , , i was wondering if you could make a makeshift one with some old computer parts , I have a old sound card from 2005ish , its basically 3.5mm headphone jacks it looks like 4 tongs going to each one , I have w bunch of old usb cables as well can I somehow rig up a makeshift usb soundcard got my ps4 , my ps4 is using a monitor which has no speakers, I can post pictures ,
