Can I make my PC safe to move regularly?

My parents are divorced and I move between both houses quite regularly. However, i decided to get one good pc for christmas and now i was wondering if there was any safe way to take it between houses. It is a corsair 300r case and I cant really think of a safe way to keep moving it around as I think it may be too risky.

What seems risky about it?

It should be fine. I've never heard of a PC going out because it was moved.
As long as you secured everything properly and didn't cut any corners securing your parts - it should be totally fine.

The pieces that should concern you the most are the CPU cooler and the GPU.

A small CPU cooler like the stock Intel heatsink is of no concern. But if you have a big, 3lb, 140mm, dual tower monster then you risk putting too much strain on the motherboard when moving the computer around. If you have something like this then you need to look into ways of securing it, else be very very careful when moving.

The GPU can be a concern for the same reason, it's big and heavy and attached to the motherboard. If you have a large heavy GPU you can either remove it during travel or ensure that it is tightly screwed down to the I/O shield and moving it carefully.

I use the standard cpu cooler but i do have a 1060 which aren't the heaviest but it sags a bit. Would the sag mean it has to be removed?

you should be pretty safe. as they said, the biggest worry is heavy parts that are secured to the mobo, which from the sound of it is just your gpu. so secure it safely while moving, and avoid dropping it or jarring it strongly up and down. you should be safe laying it flat on its back(or right side, the so the motherboard is facing up) if you're worried about a pothole in the route or someting. just dont lay the monitor flat on its back if you're moving that too.

No, with a stock cooler and a 1060 I wouldn't be worried. The pcie connection and the screw on the IO shield should be strong enough to hold the GPU as long as you aren't throwing the computer.
