can i make my phone a Bluetooth adapter

I want to connect my ps4 controller to my phone using Bluetooth and then use my controller on my PC
Basically making my phone a Bluetooth adapter (connecting my phone to my PC using USB and connecting my controller to my phone using Bluetooth)
is there any way I can do it?

it does not work that way. would require the phone to have 2 connections and it can only do one at a time.

you're gonna need to get a bluetooth adapter foe the pc which are rather cheap and easy to find in many stores.
