Can I max out the Witcher 3 with this rig?

Can I max out The Witcher 3 at 1920x1080 with the following hardware and never dip below 60fps?

*Core i7 8700K
*16GB DDR4 3200Mhz RAM
*Two-way SLI GTX 1080 (8GB) ASUS STRIX/RoG series

I don't know anything about sli support but you would be able to with a single 1080 with that CPU.

A single GTX 1060 will max it at 1080p. 1070 for 1440p.

yes, no issue at all. a 1060 / rx 480 / 1070, etc.. all max that game out 1080p 60fps.
