can i mix 8GB GSKILL RIPJAW with 16GB CORSAIR VENGEANCE for 24GB total?

What I have:

AMD Ryzen 5 1600 (3200Mhz)
8GB G.Skill RipJaw DDR4 2400 CL15 RAM
MSI B350 PC Mate motherboard

now i've got

16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3000 CL15 RAM

can i "underclock" the Corsair to 2400MHz so i can combine this all for 24GB total?
