Can i mix a 8gb ram and 4gb ram in one motherboard

Can i mix 1x8gb ram and 1x4gb ram and make it run as a 12gb memory ram ??

It may be possible.
But - you'll not have dual channel memory operation available.
And also this may require manual tweaking of ram parameters in BIOS.

In some rare situations this might not work at all.

Dont do it arafi304 🙁 you will have issues. Best is to get a single kit (2x8) for 16GB that are listed on the MB QVL.
