Can i mix corsair value select 2133mhz 8gb ram with ADATA Ram Flame DDR4 2400 XPG ? Will it be able to run in dual channel?

It may or may not work. I wouldn't mix and match RAM, compatibility issues may occur. They'll run in dual channel but at the speed of the slower module.
I would sell that 8 gb stick and buy a 2x8 GB kit.
Also for ryzen higher frequrncy memory will benefit you greatly in games.... getting a DDR4-3000 MHz or higher frequency kit would be optimal.
