Question Can I Mix The Same Manufacturers Ram

Hi, I was thinking That If I could Use my ram that is brought Recently the name Is Corsair Vengeance RGB pro 8gb 3200mz it is the same that I am using right now Just it has lower Frequency of 3000mz and is also 8gb from Corsair. Plz Help Me.
My Pc specifications:-
Core i3 8100
Motherboard:-Gigabyte h310m Pro Vdh Plus
Psu- Cooler Master 550w V2
Ram- Corsair Vengeance RGB pro 8gb 3000mz

Yes, if they want to work together

If it works:

It will only run at the slowest speed: in your case 3000mhz

overclocking two differently specced ramsticks can be troublesome, so XMP may or may not work

Your memory should be running 2400 not 3000 since you have a i3 and the motherboard your using.

The extra memory might work with what you have and might not work.
 
The extra ram is likely, but not certain to work.
Regardless both sticks will run at a common speed, likely 2400.
Not to worry about that, intel does not depend on fast ram for performance unless you are using integrated graphics.
To test,
Run memtest86 or memtest86+
They boot from a usb stick and do not use windows.
You can download them here:
If you can run a full pass with NO errors, your ram should be ok.

Running several more passes will sometimes uncover an issue, but it takes more time.
Probably not worth it unless you really suspect a ram issue.
