Can i mix these two ram on my hp 4530 lap top?
two number have deference .(I have draw red line under them)

Mixing ram is always a crapshoot. It may work and it might not

Should work no problem since they're the exact same Micron part number. DDR3 is more forgiving than DDR4 about mixing modules so I don't think you should have any issues.
