Can I mix these two memory brands?

My PC (eMachines T6528) has 2 x 512MB of PC3200 DDR 400 MHz Hynix memory with CAS 3, Speed 3-3-3, and 2.5v - runnning dual.

I would like to add 2 x 512MB of the same size in the other dual channel. However Hynix memory is not easy to find. There is a sale on the same size of Ultra memory, but it is CL 3 with timings of 3-4-4-8 and 2.6v.

Are the two brands compatible (will be in separate dual channels) and or might mixing them cause complications?

PC has Athlon 64 3500+ processor but I have already ordered an Opteron 170 to upgrade. I hope to do some light overclocking and take it from 2.0 MHz to 2.4 or 2.6.

An issue is possible, but I don't believe it will be a problem. However, the faster memory will run at the speed of the lower memory to match it.

Stay away from the Ultra -- there's no reason to get memory that needs 2.6V instead of the standard 2.5V. Remember too that you should not add the new memory to the other channel, you want to put 1 stick of old RAM and 1 stick of new RAM in *each* channel, so both channels have identical configurations.
