Question Can i mix this 2 in dual channel memory ?

So i want to upgrade my ram from 1x8 to 2x8 but im not sure if these two sticks can be mixed in dual channel

never mix ram.If you dont have THE SAME EXACT MODEL of the RAM simply dont mix them.It would be worse than only 1 stick of 8gb

im not in position to buy the exact same model this: https://www.kingston.com/dataSheets/HX426C13PB3_8.pdf because its older version and its not available in my country anymore so thats why i asked if i can upgrade to this one : https://www.kingston.com/dataSheets/HX426C16FB3_8.pdf
and have dual channel they look the same in everything except in latency .
