can i mix those 2 rams?

If i can , i see that their CL are different, What is the effect on the preformance.

They should work together. and i dont think you should have to do anything to them except maybe make sure they're using the same voltage.

Generally it's bad to mix RAM because the sticks come from the factory and they have been tested so that they work with eachother perfectly. Even if you buy the same RAM it might not work perfectly because it wasn't tested in the factory with the other RAM stick. If you're going to mix RAM you want to make sure that cas latency, timings and voltage are the same. Cas Latency = CL is the is the delay time between the moment a memory controller tells the memory module to access a particular memory column on a RAM module, and the moment the data from the given array location is available on the module's output pins.

To be on the safe side of things it might be best not to mix RAM, if you really want to, make sure CL, timings and voltage are the same. If you're still not confident about it, look up online guides that tell you the rules that apply when wanting to mix RAM.
