Can I mount a Corsair H80i in the back 120mm fan bay of the HAF X?

I am looking for an upgrade to my Intel stock cooler and decided that I wanted an H80i. However, the HAF X which is the case I'm using only has 2 200mm fans on the top. There is a 120mm bay on the back of the case but it is sideways. Can the H80i still work sideways and are the tubes long enough?
