Can I move my corsair vengeance 8gb(2x4gb) into the 2nd and 4th channels of my ASROCK z97 PRO4?

Title says it all, i didnt get low profile RAM, my 212 evo doesn't fit in, when I adjust my S340 side panel doesn't fit on. Does anybody know if with this mobo, they have to be in specific channels?

You're using the wrong term, your board has 4 'slots' which run in dual 'channel'. The config is A-B-A-B for slots, where A-A is one dual channel and B-B is another. Assuming you have 1st and 3rd slot occupied currently, which's obstructing in cooler installation, you're on 1 dual channel, move each of your stick one place to 2nd and 4th slot, and you'll have the same config (albiet on different slots) as before.

A1-B1 or A2-B2 on your board (either 1st and 3rd slot, or 2nd and 4th slot). Your manual states that the second and fourth slots are actually preferable to 1 and 3 (although I doubt you'd see a difference). Anyway, you're good to go!
