[SOLVED] Can I not lose data when building a new pc?

I am building a new pc. My old pc has 1 m.2 ssd as the boot drive and Another m.2 for games. I also have 3 other drives with video footage and all my programs and files on there. I would like to know if there is any way to put it in my new pc and not lose any data. Like plug and play kinda thing

Do you think I should buy a external hard drive like from wd?

I buy two and have 2 backups.

Why?
because having a backup of your important data is job#1.
When your data drive goes bad, your backup drive becomes the only source of your data and so now you need to make a backup of it...

Also, keeping these two drives in different locations, like one at your house and one at a relatives/friends/Bank/work... keeps your backup safe even if your house burns down.
