So sometimes while im playing fortnite the fps drops to 100 or 120, those are rare though, can i notice them while im playing on 144hz? cause im planning to get a 144hz monitor.

That will depend on your personal vision parameters. Your sight is specific to you. Some say that they can't really see anything faster than 20 Hz. Some claim to notice differences at anything below 200 Hz. So it's very subjective.

You have to realize that sight and vision are two different things. Sight is simply receiving light. Vision is what occurs when that light has been processed by your brain.

im currently playing on a 20inch 1600x900 60hz random dell monitor

Can sort of notice a difference from 85fps, if those are your specs in your sig, a 1080p 144Hz monitor will be a game changer for you and you'll never go back to 60Hz thats how good it is. Not just smoother playback but peripheral response from mouse will be greatly improved also.

do you think 144hz will improve my aim? i am a hardcore fortnite player
