Can I OC my gtx 1050 with 1 fan ?

Hello there guys . I have a gtx 1050 gigabyte 1fan and I want to overclock it, so i can get a better performence. Up untill now I've been reading up in the internet about 1 fan vs 2 fan gpu overclocking and some people say it's bad to OC 1 fan, others say it's similiar to the 2 fan types. So I want to ask you smart people, can I OC my gtx 1050 to its limitis or I cannot :C. Thank you for your time.

As long as you keep the temps at a safe level it is fine, the 1050 is a low TDP which helps. Just keep the temps under 80c.

Do as mentioned above, do it slowly and with incremental Mhz and you'll be fine.

I would be more concerned with whether it had a 6 pin PCIe cable or not. The 1050 draws 75W from the 16x PCIe slot to start with. If you overclock it will need more than that. W/O the extra power cable it could overload the MB slot. A 10% overclock will get you up to about 83W. That's if you don't increase Voltage. Raising Voltage will result in a lot more than that. A 2 fan card with heatpipe cooler should overclock better than one with just a fansink. But W/O the extra power cable the MB is at risk.
