Can I oc my kingston DDR4 value ram

is it possible to oc my value ram from 2133mhz to 2400mhz or 3200mhz.
if it possible please tell the steps to do this.

My pc spec is i5 6600k, asus z170 pro gamming,1×8gb ddr4 of Kingston value ram, Windows 10 64 bit.

According to your motherboards website. Yes, it is possible to OC your memory. If your memory is compatible or can go to the mhz you want. That is another story.
