Question Can i oc my monitor from 60hz to 75hz?

Hey,I have a 60hz monitor which i bought back in 2017 i was thinking of oc it to 75hz as i am tired of the stupid line that appear in the screen when i play so will that damage the monitor?and how do i oc it

No it's from my monitor not only my monitor all 60hz monitors i will give you an example (Note:This image is from a guy in youtube)

I even tried my friend 165hz monitor and didn't find that lines in it
