That is a sub-par PSU. For overclocking it is HIGHLY recommended to choose no lower than a Tier 2 power supply according to Tom's Hardware PSU tier list here.
The reasons are too long to list here, but the bottom line is their quality with voltage management and thinner gauge wire can wreak havoc on the expensive components you just invested in. Here's a four year old thread with someone asking a similar question:
