Can I OC with this powersupply?

My powersupply is a
550w gx

My rig is
amd phenom IIx6 1090t
Hard disk
3x2gb of low profile ram
hyper 212 evo cpu cooler
890gxm-g65(msi)
r9 280x saphire

I'm looking to OC my cpu to 3.8ghz.can I oc to 3.8ghz with this power supply or whats the maximum OC i can get with this psu.Like can it handle my OC or do I need a better psu.

You'll be fine to overclock as high as you possibly can. CPU overclocking doesn't really require a lot of extra power.
