Can i open the bios without memory or hard drive

just picked up this laptop fpr 35 dollars has no harddrive no memory i picked up the battery and plug have it chargeing but can"t open the bios its a hp pavilon ze4125

You need at least one stick of memory with the cpu to post and try getting into the bios.
