Can I overclock a 7950 without increasing voltage

I have a msi r7950 twin frozr and a Rosewill rd 600 power supply which is minimum for the 7950. I am wondering if it is possible to overclock my graphics with MSI afterburner without making it effect my psu. I know that it wont be a ton but I am wanting to overclock because for some reasons my frame rates in a lot of games and I want to see if this will fix it.

I wouldn't overclock anything with that power supply.
