Hi guys,

My question is, can I overclock my i7 6700 (non K) to 4.5 GHZ, and my RAM to 2400 mhz with a Gigabyte Z170M-D3H (BIOS is older, haven't got the up to date version which hasn't got the option for this), and with a Cooler Master 600W PSU.

My pc's other parts:
- GTX 1070 Gigabyte G1
- 2x8 GB 2400mhz RAM
- 1x SSD, 1x 7200RPM HDD
- 1x DVD RW
- 4x 12mm cooler,
- Alpenföhn Ben Nevis CPU Cooler

Thank you!

The psu is irrelevant.
Intel does not support bclk overclocking and has asked motherboard makers who implemented it to withdraw the bios updates that enabled it.
Since you apparently have the capability, you could go ahead and try it.
Read up on the subject first since there are many more interactions than multiplier overclocking.
