Can I overclock amd phenom 8600b cpu ?

Hey everyone ..
I have this old CPU (phenom x3 8600b) and a HP motherboard (3029h) and it have a very low (2.3ghz) clock speed , and lately I've been trying to OC it but I can't find any option for OC in the bios , so I downloaded a few OCing softwares and all the clock options are locked .. what do I do ?

I highly doubt there's any overclocking capability worth mentioning.

If the BIOS has no option then software in an OS won't help as that's only designed to modify the BIOS.
