can i overclock g2030

i really want to overclock my cpu intel g2030 pentium dual core because it bottlenecks my r9270 x, anyone know what the voltages and programs to do so are?

No - you'll need a Z-series motherboard and an i5 or i7.

What price? What's your budget for a CPU and motherboard?

I have a new 1155 msi board with Oc genie 2, it's a h61 I think and it budgets is around 192$

Unfortunately you cannot overclock any CPU on H61. You can get a new i5, but it will run at stock speeds.
