Question Can I overclock higher with my current cooler?

I'm pretty impressed with the overclock I've gotten so far. The results below are with stress testing.
Turned off everything "auto" or "on" except the core count & voltages & vCore Loadline Calibration from auto to Extreme
Multiplier x20.0 (stock 17.5) & Bus speed to 225.0 MHz (stock 200.00MHz), 2000 MHz FSB (Stock) >>> 2925MHz (w/ auto & OC) / Auto on HT
1.345v - 1.456v Stock vcore >>> 1.452v to 1.488v Manually (1.450v in BIOS)
3.5GHz - 4.1GHz Stock clock >>> 4.360 GHz lowest 4.618 GHz highest (While stress testing) [Used to do 4.8 GHz in 2014/2015 but I couldn't keep it stable so]
51.4°C max, 15.1°C min, 21.5°C writing this in a 71°F apartment (roughly 21.6667°C)
Min load 0% all 6 cores, Max load 100% while stress testing, current load between 6% to 18% while posting

RAM - 1866 MHz 10-11-10-30 tRC 40 (stock w/ XMP) >>> 1333 MHz 9-9-9-27 tRC 28 (auto mode no XMP) >>> 2100 MHz 11-13-11-34 45 tRC (Bus at 225.00MHz)

1.50v Stock >>> 1.60v Manually

Gigabyte Xtreme OC Tool on GPU
Stock core clock 1114 MHz Boost 1253 MHz Memory I'm unsure of because every software has it differently...
Overclocked core +125MHz to 1239MHz/1378MHz when boosted Memory is +175MHz and again. GPUz is incorrect... CPUID HWM Pro is incorrect and I can't read the Gigabyte one because of their weird font.
Model GV-N970WF3OC-4GB stock firmware is F40 > Kept getting notification via XTreme to update it > Didn't download correct file type for me > Somehow through Gigabyte website downloaded F60 and flashed that on there after checking with some program to make sure all the data was the same. Works better now than when I received the card from wherever I ordered it in 2015

Tell me what you all think of my overclocking journey, I left the bluescreens, fail to boot bios and black bios > CMOS clearing all out because again. It's been 4 years overclocking the CPU and almost 3-4 years on the GPU along with long periods of giving up and leaving it unstable. Now it's finally stable and I'm saving this in my BIOS! Lmao

you maybe able to get it a little higher but i wouldn't bother pushing it so much with out a liquid cooler i won't lie though i'mimpressed that you have it stable where it is now.
