Can I Overclock i5-2310?

I have i5-2310 i was wondering if i can overclock it.
I am using the stock cooler but i want to buy the Antec Copper Tiger C20.
And my mobo is GIGABYTE GA-Z68P-DS3.
is it possible?

You should be able to OC it to 3.5GHZ, be careful though.

Are you talking about taking the base clock up since this is a locked CPU? That will take a healthy jump additional voltage, and heat?????
