That motherboard can overclock if you update the BIOS, but the CPU is very limited because it's not unlocked, 3.5 GHz max with 4 cores active.

the CPU is locked, the max speed is 3.4GHz on Turbo (1 core at max) - 3.1normally.
The board itself can only do modest base clock changes 100Hz -> 103Hz+ usually
