The mainboard does not support overclocking, which is just as well, as the CPU is a locked model anyway...

I was thinking R5-3600, B450 and 16gb ram would be more suitable, really wouldn't want to buy a new gpu...

GTX1060 is still fine, I'm using one as we type...

Get a B450 that supports BIOS updates without a CPU installed, as many will not support a Ryzen 3600 out of the box, needing a June/July 2019 firmware update at a minimum....
