I conside buying an i7-2600k to replace my old pentium g860. In the webpage of the motherboard there is ad of AI Suite II and there types something for overclocking. So should i buy an i7-2600k?

You can't overclock with that board since it's not a z77 chipset. You should update the bios and install an i7-3770.
